As Coaches just like you, we have designed iLose to give you the information you need to quickly assess your clients progress, determine your response and direction and then real time provide feedback encouragement and support.
We know coaching, and understand the pressures you face, building a business and providing quality mentoring and coaching. We exist to ease that burden, and to free up your time so you can spend it however you want.

3 Step set up - be ready in 60 seconds...
Setting up your Coaching journey with iLose is as simple as following these 3 basic steps.
1. Upgrade in App to a Coaching account.
This will take 2 minutes, grab your credit card and get set. How much is iLose? see subsciption details below.
2. Customise your program detail.
Name your program, set the number of days and stages, add reminders and watch as it is pushed through and populates all of your clients journeys.
3. Add clients.
Simply add their name and email addresses, and they will be invited to connect with you in iLose. Once they accept and create their iLose account you are connected.

Tailor your program by name, number of days and stages and set notifications for yourself.

3. Invite clients to connect
Adding a client in iLose takes less then a minute - they get an email inviting them to download and connect and voila - youre connected.

4. Maximise your use
In ilose we have a link to connect you with our Youtube tutorial channel. We highly recommend spending the time watching so you get maximum benefits from iLose.

Silver Coach Plan
RATE:
$39 per month
We recognise that you are a new or developing Coach and in the process of building your business.
The Silver Plan allows you to Coach from 1 - 30 Clients in your calendar month.
Gold Coaching Plan
RATE:$59 per month
We recognise that you are in a growth phase and making a significant difference in your clients lives. The Gold Plan allows you to Coach from 1 - 70 Clients in your calendar month.

Platinum Coaching Plan
RATE:$79 per month
As a professional coach totally dominating your space - you need a plan that allows you the freedom to Coach unlimited Clients. The Platinum Plan allows you to Coach unlimited Clients in your calendar month.

Payment FAQS:
1. If I sign up to iLose am I locked in forever?
We do not lock you into contracts you can cancel iLose services at any time. This is done in the app in the settings section.
2. Is my credit or debit card safe?
We use internationally recognised payment platform Stripe - Anyone involved with the processing, transmission, or storage of card data must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.
3. What if theres a mix up in my billing - do I get a refund?
Refunds can take 5 - 10 days. These are processed through stripe.
4. If I sign up for the monthly plan can I later change to the annual plan?
Yes absolutely this is done in the settings section of the app under the "Your Subscription" button
5. How do I get charged?
Your monthly bill is calculated at the end of each month and you are direct debited as per the Debit or Credit card details you entered at signup. iLose will send a reciept to the email used at signup, upon successful payment. If you card is expired or unable to process the payment iLose will send you an email notifying you of this.
6. Are iLose subscription prices subject to change?
iLose has recently made changes to the pricing plans. For Coaches who joined ilose prior to September 2019 their pricing plans will be grandfathered at the same price until September 2020. Any pricing changes are communicated and we totally reward loyalty.
